The gamecube's Mario power tennis™ now on the wii! This game was originally released for the GameCube™ system.

GAMEPLAY
With Wii controls, players simply swing the Wii Remote controller to hit forehands and backhands and to apply spin. The motion controls open this classic game to new gamers and offers experienced gamers the option to attach a Nunchuk controller for additional precision.

Games sporting hand-drawn 2D visuals on home consoles are a dime a dozen these days, but according to a Japanese fact sheet, the recently announced Wario Land Shake for Wii will feature platforming elements elements on a 2D plane.Additionally, the supplied fact sheet - translated courtesy of NeoGAF member Teknoman - reveals that players will be able to literally shake enemies and objects with their controller to uncover hidden locations and treasure such as coins. In all, the game is said to feature 20 stages, with a variety of locales ranging from an ocean front to desert ruins.It’s safe to say that our excitement level for this game just rose by a few notches. Super mario galaxy 2!
Nintendo saved their biggest announcement for last at this morning's E3 press conference, unveiling the first full sequel to a 3D Mario game on the same system: Mario Galaxy 2.
From the trailer on show, it appears to be the same deal as the first game. Planetoids you run around, 3D puzzles, unique mechanics on various levels, flying pirate ships and, yes, bee suits.The graphics have seen a slight improvement from the looks of things, with nicer grass, but yeah, expect more Mario Galaxy. Just newer.
There were two big surprises to be found with Mario Galaxy: firstly, that it had a substantive story, and secondly, that the story was good. Pity, then, the sequel won't be doing anything of the sort.Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto has said that, despite the love fans had for the first game's plot (centred around Rosalina and the adorable Lumas), "I'd like to go with as little story as possible...I've always felt that the Mario games themselves aren't particularly suited to having a very heavy story."
All well and good, except Miyamoto doesn't have as direct a role in the series as he once did. Instead, the job of creating these big Mario games now lies with Yoshiaki Koizumi, who is at odds with his mentor's stance on plot.
"Mr. Koizumi is the type of person who, whenever we're working on a new Mario game, he always wants to bring more story elements into it, as he did with Super Mario Galaxy" Miyamoto says. "But in talking with him this time, he agrees and feels that with Galaxy 2, there won't be a need for as deep of a story"New mario games:
